Abstract     
C’est avec les années soixante, et suite à la décolonisation, que l’accueil des migrants va commencer à se structurer, notamment par l’intermédiaire du FAS créé en 1958 pour les Algériens. La politique d’accueil va devenir pour l’État une priorité.
